Commenting Policy

There seems to be an issue why comments are sometimes rejected and we would like to clear that up right now inshaAllah.

This is a private run website. We approve and reject comments at our discretion, and admittedly we do make mistakes sometimes. In the future our moderation of comments will be a bit more regulated.

Comments constantly asking the whereabouts of an Imaam will be rejected. If the imaam just led the day before and is no longer leading, that means his schedule to lead is over for the current time. The entire purpose of this website is that you can listen to the recordings over and over when you miss an imaam, so make use of that blessing. Please show respect to the imaam currently leading. (If you ask about the imaams whereabouts a month or two after he has led, it will be approved.)

Comments asking personal questions about the Imaams lives will be rejected. Whatever information is not in the biographies is not for us to discuss.

Comments that turn into arguments or get offensive will be rejected, or maybe edited to remove the offensive nature. If there are differences between visitors on any matter, it is expected as Muslims we all show a basic sense of respect towards each other.

Comments that could be from a female, and it is unknown to us that it is in fact a brother, will be rejected if the sister refers to the imaam has being handsome and sweet. We love the imaams for their taqwa and that their recitation brings us closer to Allah, not because they're "cute."

Comments that constantly question the HR Team will be rejected. Feel free to e-mail us when you have a question that is only for the HR Team, so that we do not have to go back and forth through comments, and if you find your e-mails going unanswered feel free to leave a comment reminding us.

Additions may be made to this list as necessary.

Jazakallah khair for your continued support, and know that we appreciate all the feedback we receive.

This was much needed, Jazakum Allahu khairan HR Team for this. It's getting really annoying seeing every other comment about where the Imam is, when he has just led few days ago. Also, please do not approve comments which are in all CAPS. People need to calm down, then type. Barak Allahu feekum.

Alhumdulillah, it is a great Blessing of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'allah he has granted us this site, we dont know but there may be one person on here or more that have bought love for the quran only through this site - meaning he may not be reading as much quran or he may not have the knowledge of how to read the quran but because of listening again and again to the recitation he made an effor to learn.

Alhumdulillah it is very good of the work you provide to the community and Jazakallah for your efforts and patience although sometimes things may hurt you through comments or other forms.

May Allah Reward You And Your Families And Grant You Jannat.

Note: When Ever Sheikh Mahir Leads And Finishes His Rota - This Is Usually The Starting Of Comments. Alhumdulillah All And I Say ALL the imams recite beautifully.

Note: Sheikh Hudhayfee will not be leading any more salaat in Masjid Nabawi For The Coming Future. However He Sometimes is behind the imam during prayer for exaple Jummah Salaat when he is heard by the voice recongnised speakers saying Takbeer Tahreema aloud.

Wasalam

this is why the imans should not let people take their picture nor let their pics be put up. Image making without a valid reason is not allowed. Keeping pictures for souveneirs is not allowed either. True memory of a friend or relative resides in the heart. one should remember that person by praying for his mercy & forgiveness. by putting up pics you not helping people lowering their gaze. some people might tempted by the shuyooks beauty. you want women to be veiled from head to toe & the shuyooks are showing their beauty to everyone. they need to observe the laws of hijab too.

People don't only see their pictures, they see the imaams when they're leading salaah as well. The imaams have no control over the TV camera men. Moreover, it's a pretty well known fact that Sheikh Shuraim is very much against photography and when he can prevent it, he does. Not everybody is respectful of that though, and it's kinda out of their control. We live in a world where people are obsessive over photography, and we need to change ourselves, rather than blaming the imaams for being at fault. And all that I said that was incorrect is from myself and Shaytaan. May Allah guide us and forgive us.

Jazakallah khair for all the effort of bringing Makkah and Madinah to us. This blog has made me more aware of the Quran and now I am more serious about learning Arabic and to recite the Quran properly. As a human, sometimes I get carried away with my adoration of the imaams, and being female I cannot deny the physical attraction. Thank you for reminding us to be more careful of Allah's rules. May Allah forgive us Muslims.

Mashallah. I as a user of this site and get annoyed at exactly the reasons HR get annoyed. Some of the comments are un islamic and may even have hidden shirk. I think one thing many users fail to remember is that this site is non profit and is done out of love and/or free will. Some people treat this site as it is there right to have material posted on the site, aswell as there demands being conclusive. May Allah give us understanding.

اللهم اغفر لعبدك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز واسكنه فسيح جناتك

Dear HR team, a very shocked news for me and for muslim ummah.
King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz was a legend leader and pious of muslim ummah, He did great efforts to reconstruction of HARAMAIN MASHALLAH...
MAY ALLAH REST HIS SOUL IN PARADISE.

SO beautifully today Sheikh talib deliver khutbah in makkah... He said:
"How about when life takes the death of a king of the country. This country's king Abdullah ibn Abdul Azeez Aal Saud's death. We ask Allah to forgive him and accept him and bless him and protect this country and all the muslim countries.
The great things he has done is evident. We see it here in Makkah and Madeenah. He has brought great facilities for the hujjaj and mu'tamireen
He has developed teaching and health care in this Kingdom.
It is a RIGHT for us to make plenty of Du'aa for him. He always asked us to make du'aa for him."
اللهم اغفر لعبدك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز واسكنه فسيح جناتك
